“It’s still benign”: the mayor of Saint-Jeannet wants to reassure after the discovery of several cases of dengue fever in the town

People with “started their symptoms between August 7 and 18 and are all located in the same sector of the town, again confirming the circulation of the virus in this area”communicated the ARS which affirmed that “no case showed signs of seriousness”.

Precautionary measures at school
The services of the ARS and its service provider EID Méditerranée will carry out the mosquito control operation in the area of the Prés school on Monday 5 September. The services of the town hall of Saint-Jeannet will come Monday morning to rinse the objects in the schoolyard that cannot be brought inside. “Children will not be allowed out in the playground on Monday September 5 until 1 p.m. as a precautionary measure”says Mohamed Benaissa, General Manager of Services.
